AUDIO VISUAL STUDENT MONITORS
Mr. Villette has trained his audio visual monitors to set up and help with the audio visual equipment for assemblies and other gym events.
BUSYBEE NEWS CLUB
This club is supervised by Mrs. Gunther and meets during lunch on Tuesdays and Thursday. Students in this club write articles, collect and select student work for publishing and produce the school newspaper several times each year. Click here to see a sample of the Busy Bee News
GLOBAL WARMING CLUB
This club, led by students, and supervised by Mrs. Edgell meets during lunch hour. Thier big project last year was the planting of spring bulbs, donated by parents and the City of Port Alberni. We look forward to watching them bloom outside the classrooms soon!
LEADERSHIP
Our Leadership group, under the direction of Mrs. Gunther continues to help in so many ways. The sports equipment cart is well used every lunch hour as students come to the leadership students to sign out balls, ropes and other items. The leadership students also demonstrate games for the younger students in the school yard and at assemblies.
